1. How much do you charge if we need to hire a staff in China?
The fee depends on the positions. For entry-level positions, our minimum service fee is USD 1500 per successfully hired candidate. Different positions, different fees.
2. Can you post jobs descriptions on behalf of an oversea company title?
No, we can’t. Because the Chinese recruitment platform is not allowed to post recruitment information of overseas companies if the overseas companies haven’t registered in China. All jd will be posted on behalf of our company title.
3. Do you sell CVs?
Sorry, we don’t. Private privacy is protected by law in China. We will only post job descriptions if you have recruiting needs.
4. How long have you been recruiting industry? What positions are you specialized?
We have been working as a recruitment agency in China since 2020. We specialize in recruiting talents in IT, marketing, importing and exporting, language industry. If you need candidates from other industries, please feel free to contact us for details.
5. Do you help with collecting CV, screening, interviewing candidates?
Yes, we do. Our service is from A-Z till the candidate is onboarding. You just need to send us the job description and your budget, we will help you design the salary system to fit your budget and take care of all the other things.
6. What’s your recruiting process as a recruitment agency in China?
1. We have an initial contact. 2. We received your job description. 3. We research if we can take this task or not. 4. If we can, then we schedule a time to discuss this further. If we can’t, we reject the task. 5. We sign a recruiting contract. 6. You pay an upfront payment. 7. We start recruiting.
7. How long time it takes for whole recruiting process?
After we receive the upfront payment, we will take about 1 month to collect CVs. We will send you suitable CVs each week so you can arrange an interview accordingly.
8. We don’t have a branch in China, can we hire Chinese employee?
Yes. We will help you recruit and make the recruitment comply with Chinese law.
9.We don’t have branch in China, we can’t pay benefits for employee, how to solve this?
Don’t worry. We have full certificates for recruiting. If an employee needs benefits, we can pay them on behalf of our title.
